GDS Satellite fixtures now in!
DCLX are proud to be responsible for GDS's latest conception, the 'GDS Satellite' fixture. Using the standard 'charging case friendly' footprint, the satellite is essentially a high output led fixture on a height adjustable telescopic pole.
With RGB and warm white and cool white options available, the satellite is a very versatile and surprisingly useful bit of kit. Tight get- ins are now even easier with the satellite's ability to replace manfrottos and alphapacks, etc...
Seriously, you should consider them! (We have lots!)...
DCLX now has the latest offering fom the lighting console market in it's hire stock; the Chamsys MagicQ 100 Pro Console. Not only is it simple to use, it blows everything else out of the water. Intuitive cue stacks, busking, pixel mapping, colour pickers, touch screen, 18 universes as standard.... What more could you ask for in a console? Thats why this is in the front of the cue when we do our own jobs. Its so popular, in fact, we hardly see it, everyone else seems to be hiring it! On that note, I think its time to purchase another!

Battery LED Uplighters, anyone?!
We hate cables, Its as simple as that. With the new GDS Liteware HO battery LED uplighter in our hire stock, we can light a room/building/Nelson's Column beautifully, and have no cables, no mess, no tape, no clutter. Charge them up, lay them out, turn them on, it's as simple as that. With in built wireless DMX, you can literally walk into the room with an iphone and set your lighting state. How cool is that? The Liteware HO uplighters boast a 12 hour run time running 80w, (yes, eighty!) of RGB led. Not bad, aye?! Quick and easy to deploy... thats the future!
Combined with our passion for creative design and having the latest equipment, we have recently purchased 24 x Pixel Track Pro Led Battens for our hire stock. Not only are they one of the brightest LED battens available, they are one of the most versatile. With simple RGB mode or extended "video mode", these battens will make any job look fantastic. Combine these with out Chamsys lighting desk or our hippotizer and you have a low res video wall!
